“The balloon was absolutely fine, although £23 for a balloon is expensive. I ordered it for an anniversary but then it got stuck with the courier and arrived several days late. No apology or compensation from Bloonaway.”

Hi Anna, I'm sorry to hear that your balloon delivery was delayed. When you select the Free Delivery Option we point out to you that the balloon is dispatched one working day before your preferred delivery date and 96% are delivered the next day. However, they may take up to 3 working days to arrive. You are asked to agree to this on a pop-up before you complete your purchase. (There was an extra day over this bank holiday weekend) We don't track Free Delivery orders, but I can see that this was in fact delivered on the 3rd working day. If you purchase guaranteed delivery (currently priced at £3.95) we will track your delivery and make you aware of any delays. We will also provide you with the appropriate compensation if your order is not delivered on time. We always recommend this option for special occasions and milestones, and leave the free delivery option for wishes such as 'get well' or new baby balloons, where a delay will not miss the whole event. If you have a query regarding the whereabouts of your parcel, or what to do if it hasn't arrived, you can always contact us by phone, email or web-form and we will help you as best we can. “I didn't catch the name of the woman who assisted me but she was incredibly friendly, accommodating and helpful. It was my first time using the company and we will definitely be using BloonAway again! A really lovely experience and everyone was saying how great the arrangements were. Thank you!”

“Extremely impressed with the service at Bloonaway! My balloon was dispatched very quickly and when it was delayed in transit by the courier company, the lady at Bloonaway (Iysi) pulled out all the stops to ensure it still arrived in the time promised. “Balloons looked amazing, delivery was perfect. I had them delivered two days before my sons birthday. I noticed when I finally took them out the box a few balloons inside the main ballon had deflated and some of them long ones too. 3 days after his birthday one of the helium has gone too. disappointing for the price and compared to balloons I’ve purchased in a shop the life span isn’t great. Lovely idea though.”

“I liked the whole purchasing process and the balloons arrived in time for my father's 94th birthday. Unfortunately the '4' balloon was slightly deflated and it was difficult to tell it was a '4'.”
