Received some for my 70th and so loved them . Had to pass on the joy to someone else . Spread the love ! Lasting well too . Great gift thanks . Such fun .

You have got this all muddled again. Mr Thorn was the recipient of the balloon not myself. Thank you, he did get it at the correct time. However please note again that I am Joyce Gladwell.

Hello Joyce, I have checked your order and the delivery address was noted as Dave Thorn, not yourself. So it should have been in fact delivered to Mr Thorn. The product I received was half deflated and not fit for purpose. I understand this may happen but after sending to emails to the company to complain I have heard nothing back from them at all. I will not be buying from them again.

Hi Rachel, We are of course disappointed to receive this review as we were not made aware of this issue with your order. I have checked the system for any contact, correspondence and relevant emails, but nothing is appearing. Your order was dispatched on Wednesday 26th February 2020 and was delivered the next day. Our foil balloons last several days. If a balloon arrives in anything less than perfect condition, we will gladly provide customer service relevant to the situation if we are contacted immediately with photo evidence. By the time the balloons arrive to their destination, they have been inflated for almost 24 hours, been tested for faults in our Studio and gone through a 12+ hour transit period. We pack them in the best of boxes to arrive safely. All the best, Bloonaway

I'm afraid my friend never received her balloon and has now left hospital. No-one knows where it ended up

Hi Nicola, On the basis of your review (which we were very sad to receive as we always strive for perfection) I have checked the system and can see that you placed your order on Tuesday 25th February and selected the First Class Royal Mail service. This means your balloons were due to be prepared and dispatched on that day, to arrive on Wednesday 26th February. Our system and the Royal Mail tracking system shows that Royal Mail have retained your item for collection as they have attempted to deliver the parcel to the relevant delivery address on more than one occasion to no avail. When delivering to a hospital location, Royal Mail should always look to give the package to the reception or mail-room. We have emailed you with further tracking details and the required information in order to resolve this issue with the courier, Royal Mail. Kind regards, Tilly

I made a mistake while ordering the balloon, phoned up the company and the girl who answered was extremely pleasant and helpful and sorted out the problem immediately. My mother (101 years old) loved the balloon.

Excellent service for Valentines Day dinner 2020, I ordered a set of 6 heart shaped helium balloons pre-inflated and a supply of latex balloons to inflate to match. Telephone enquiry service was excellent, helpful and polite and the delivery was precisely on time in advance as requested with secure packaging. Quality of the product was excellent throughout and all the balloons have lasted a long time since the event. The pop-up helium sets in a box are high quality finish with a packaged weight and gift bag arttached so they make a massive impact as a surprise gift that cannot fail to amuse. Very impressive overall so I highly recommend.

Although my daughter received the balloons on time, unfortunately they didn't stay blown up for very long, going down within two days of arriving - a little disappointing so I don't think I will be using Bloonaway again.

Thanks. The balloons were nice but were delivered a day late and I received no response when I followed up to request an update from you guys.....which leads me to believe that, despite the name at the foot of these messages, the messages are automated (I still haven't received a response 'amusingly'. Would have preferred some service and response but at least the balloons got there. Thanks

Hi Taz, On the basis of your review (which we were very sad to receive as we always strive for perfection) I have checked the system and can see that you placed your order on Saturday 15th February and selected the standard DPD service. This means your balloons were due to be prepared and dispatched on Monday 17th, to arrive on Tuesday 18th. Our system and the DPD tracking system shows them as delivered on that date. Can you please supply us with any information that shows they did not so that we can take this up with DPD direct? Apologies for not responding sooner to your message, we have moved premises over the weekend! Kind regards, Tilly

Your balloons are great you have a lovely variety which you don’t see in the shops and stores anymore whoever I give my balloons to their always ask where I get them from because they are unusual and I must say they appreciate your balloons.

Balloon was partially deflated on arrival with the stuck on letters peeling off, very poor quality, The Box it arrived in was worth more than the balloon.
