“Thank you so much for the fantastic balloons. We weren’t able to spend our Niece’s 1st birthday with her because of lockdown and she loved the balloons so much. They arrived perfectly on her birthday. Thank you again! Will definitely recommend you.”

“The products were varied and the colours were bright and fun. The website was easy to navigate and ordering was simple. The order was delivered fine but the only reason for 4/5 stars was that the sweet jar was missing from the box. My nephew was very disappointed but I informed Tilly at Bloonaway and the jar was sent out the very next day. I would use Bloonaway again.”

“The current difficult circumstances meant we weren’t able to get the balloon we wanted and there was some confusion over the address, but the customer service was really lovely and helpful and our Dad/Grandad was very pleased with what his birthday surprise!!”

“The balloons arrived on time but the main 18th balloon was deflated. I have contacted the company and have received a partial refund. I appreciate we are all in a difficult situation at the moment but this was the only way I could make my son’s 18th a bit different in lockdown and I was upset and disappointed.”

Hi Sarah, On the basis of your review (which we were very sad to receive as we always strive for perfection) I have checked the system and can see that you selected the First Class Royal Mail service for delivery on the 10th of April (which was a Bank Holiday). Your balloons were prepared and dispatched on the 9th of April, to arrive on the next available date. Being Good Friday on the 10th, it wouldn't have arrived on that date as the courier does not deliver for Easter Bank Holiday Friday. As stated before you select a delivery service, we dispatch the day before the selected delivery date. In your case we dispatched day before the 10th. Royal Mail have notified us that due to the current global pandemic that services will be disrupted for the time being. Royal Mail aim to deliver all First Class parcels the next day but this free service is not guaranteed, nor tracked. If you have a question about a delivery, please contact your local post office and please also read our Shipping T&C's on the BloonAway website for further information. We always recommend selecting the tracked delivery option (currently priced at £3.95) and not the Free Delivery if the balloons are for a milestone. This way, the delivery date is guaranteed and if a parcel goes astray, there is full GPS tracking available from the delivery driver so we can rectify this.
