“It was so easy to place my order. I had to change the delivery date which I was able to do without a problem. My order was delivered exactly as stated and the recipient was absolutely delighted!! I shall definitely recommend Bloonaway without any hesitation!! Thank you Bloonaway!!”

“Fantastic company. My granddaughter was thrilled with the balloon bouquet. Excellent customer service - the balloons were delivered exactly on time, and the ongoing communication from Tilly after the order was placed was brilliant. The balloons were beautiful and I will definitely be ordering again as they make the occasion special.”

“I am really pleased with the service from Bloonaway. I wanted to surprise my daughter on her birthday. Due to Covid 19 restrictions I have not seen her for months. Bloonaway contacted me to confirm the balloons were on the way so I knew the surprise was going according to plan! She was Delighted with the balloons and I was delighted with the service! “5 stars! The balloons arrived in perfect time. My one year old grandson was so excited as we opened the box and the 3 balloons floated out. 4 days later and they are still inflated and being played with. He loves them!”

“I sign of a good company is how they handle mistakes. I intitially received the wrong balloon that i had ordered. Took a picture, emailed them to let them know. They were prompt in dealing with and resolving the issue so had the correct balloons the following day. In the end was very happy.”
