“Balloons were a get well occasion and were just as described and expected. Easy to order on the website, delivery was well communicated and arrived exactly as stated. My person was thrilled with them and the balloons certainly cheered them up.”

“Arrived on the day although late in the day but in light of the current situation that was ok just glad we got it at all. So a big thank you. It was for my Grandaughter and she loved it. Thank you again and best wishes to you all at bloonaway. Take care.”

“I found them very overpriced and was underwhelmed with the balloons I received. I had paid extra to have a balloon personalised and this was not done- disappointing although this was refunded for me. Overall I would not use again as I feel better value for money is available elsewhere.”

“I was kept well informed of the order progress. I selected Royal Mail delivery and it was stated that the balloon would be despatched 1 day before due date. It was actually sent 2 days before and it arrived on the big day (despite the disruption of COVID 19)so I was more than happy when the recipient contacted me to say they had received it. WILL CERTAINLY USE BLOONAWAY AGAIN. Thank you so much 😂”

“Brilliant customer service and beautiful, well packaged balloons. I bought 40th Birthday balloons for a friend as a surprise whilst stuck in isolation. My friend was really grateful and loved the balloons which were delivered on her Birthday with no issues or delays. I received an email to state they had been delivered with a photograph of where they had been left. The whole process was easy and I would 100% recommend. Such a lovely surprise gift for any age.”

“I’d never heard of Bloonaway before so I was a little cautious about ordering from them at first. Read the reviews and decided to bite the bullet and see what I get! 😂 I ordered a happy birthday tatty teddy balloon with two extra balloons to go with it for my mother’s birthday and she LOVED them!! Arrived on my chosen date and the balloons were perfect. One balloon was a different colour to what I had ordered but with The current situation (COVID-19) I completely understand why this happened due to stock issues etc. The balloon was supposed to be pink but came red so it wasn’t too far off what I wanted! I’m still very pleased with my order 🥰 I’d 100% recommend buying from here, especially if you want to surprise someone while staying safe at home! The prices are quite high considering I’d usually pay half the price for my order however At least I managed to surprise my mum on her special day. One more thing to note, there’s a personalised card option for free during checkout which I filled in but when the balloons arrived the card was blank so keep that in mind if you’re sending a balloon to someone! (They might not know who it’s from!) 🙈”

“The balloons were lovely. They brightened up the day for my parent's 60th wedding anniversary, when all other celebrations had been cancelled due to Covid-19. Perfect timing of delivery. Many thanks to Tilly (a lovely lady) and her team. A grand job on their part. I'd go beyond 'Very Good' and say 'Excellent'. Would without a doubt recommend them. Thank you Bloonaway.”
