“Easy to use website. I sorted out a balloon bouquet with a customised message very simply. It arrived on the correct day with an extra bag of sweets!”

“I order a Birthday balloon with sweets. The balloon came really quickly and was cute. I contacted company as no sweets arrived. Tilly emailed me and apologised and as a way of saying sorry was going to add a gigantic lollipop with the order. The lollipop was smashed to pieces on arrival. They did try and put things right but I'm so disappointed with the overall service. Wont be recommending company!”

Hello Nina, Thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry to see that the Lollipop we sent to apologize for the delayed sweets was smashed. It was wrapped in bubble wrap so it saddened me to see the state of the Lolly. While we'd love the opportunity to regain your trust, we do understand how frustrated you must have been. “I expected the writing of my nieces name on the balloon to be a lot bigger than it was. I was very disappointed with the size. Also, the STICKERS weren’t stuck on properly so it was peeling off which is ridiculous. I paid £30 for a balloon, I would expect whoever made it to put more effort in.”

“Disappointed that the jar of sweets I ordered alongside the balloons did not arrive to celebrate my son's exam results. I had to make a complaint and the sweets arrived at a later date. I probably won't use Bloonaway again.”
