“I was a little disappointed this time because one of the balloons had started to deflate by the time they arrived, and some of the others have started to deflate already. Usually, they stay inflated for ages. Don’t know whether the hot weather is contributing to this. Bloonaway are normally very good.”

“Balloon was nice and daughter loved it. Disappointed that it didn't arrive on the specified day - if you use Royal Mail 1st class delivery don't rely on them delivering the next day!!!”

“The balloon I ordered for my daughter’s second birthday arrived on the day I had specified (2 days before her birthday as I was worried about postal delays!) and it is still inflated now (5 days later)! I was really impressed with the communication from the company throughout the whole process - it really put my mind at ease! Thank you!”
