“Balloons were excellent, arriving on time and giving instant impact and party feel. Loved them. Thank you. Boxes were very damaged and poor quality on arrival so I was concerned balloons may be affected. Fortunately not the case. Packaging could have been more exciting to reflect product. Not a fan of sweets as weight. Dog wouldn’t leave them alone and as a family we don’t eat candy. Overall though would definitely order again.😊”

“Awesome balloons, the three I ordered for a 50th birthday were very neatly tied with a tasteful ribbon which everyone remarked upon as a lovely finishing touch. Definitely worth getting multiple balloons for a little bit extra. Very fast service, good value and I like the personal touch to make sure everything was perfect. Will definitely order again for future celebrations and recommend to family and friends.”

“What I had ordered was not available but I was told less than 24 hours before delivery was due. Helpful phone call followed (although the number I was given was not answered and I had to revert initially to email), but then although the revised order was delivered on time it was not exactly what I had requested.”

Hello Cati, Thank you for notifying us of the DPD courier issue. I have been in contact with DPD and they have explained that your address was not accurate and that they have also attempted to deliver to the address given twice, but no one was in at the time.
