“My son was desperate for a balloon for his 6th birthday and with shops closing we were worried. Needn't have worried as boxed balloon arrived as planned and made his birthday extra special as it rose from the box. Thanks so much”

“I chose to send my nephew some balloons because he was not looking forward to a Lockdown Birthday. I was very impressed with my whole experience, the fair price for an excellent product and reliable delivery. He was thrilled and his little brother loved the huge box they arrived in! Hello Rosy, I have just looked into your order (145011704) and we dispatched your order on the correct day, the 24th of March with Royal Mail for them to be delivered on the 25th of March. Royal Mail aim to deliver all First Class parcels the next day but this free service is not guaranteed, nor tracked. If you have a question about a delivery, please contact your local post office and please also read our Shipping T&C's on the BloonAway website for further information. We always recommend selecting the tracked delivery option (currently priced at £3.95) and not the Free Delivery if the balloons are for a milestone. This way, the delivery date is guaranteed and if a parcel goes astray, there is full GPS tracking available from the delivery driver so we can rectify this. Kind regards, Tilly

“My husband loved his balloon bouquet on our Anniversary, especially as his main balloon was a replica of R2D2 from Star Wars! He wasn’t aware that you could get them delivered already filled with helium. The size, colours & personalisation were absolutely perfect. The communication was excellent as was the service. It arrived on the requested day, packed to perfection. I will definitely be ordering from Bloonaway again.”

“Amazing service! BloonAway resent the balloons to correct address after I had filled in addressee incorrectly. They wanted no further payment. Just amazed that I stumbled on to such a wonderful company. I shall be using BloonAway again and let my friends know too that it’s service beyond what one expects! Well done You!”
