Hello Aretia, We are very sorry to read your review. Delivery with Royal Mail is a free service and is not a guaranteed next day nor a tracked service. We do offer for a minimal charge a next day delivery which is a tracked service. We are sorry that your parcel arrived a day late. Kind regards Bloonaway Team

“Tilly was fantastic, the balloon I wanted for my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary was out of stock. She emailed me the alternatives and went to extra lengths to make sure they got the perfect balloon bouquet. Thanks Tilly!”

Hello Gaile, Our couriers explained that in order to keep on top of all the deliveries during the current situation, they sometimes escalate Monday deliveries to a Saturday or Sunday. We cannot see an email from you regarding this issue so apologies for leaving you to feel we ignored you. Warm wishes Tilly

Hello Patrik, We were disappointed to read your review and of course your balloon should not have arrived in this condition. Unfortunately, sometimes a tiny fault is not detectable until the air has escaped for over 12 hours or more or the balloon gets damaged in transit. We always advise our customers to check the balloons upon arrival to see if they are all in perfect condition and to contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue (see T&C's) We cannot see an email from you and so on this occasion we were unable to make this right. “Balloons looked great but disappointingly one of them must’ve had a leak as it almost completely deflated after one day. The other one is still going strong however. Disappointing considering they were not cheap to it even really get a whole day out of both balloons”

“Absolutely fabulous balloons. Came well packed and on time. Just open the box and these wonderful helium filled balloons pop out all ready to go. The customer service is excellent too and I received great assistance before I placed my order online. I will definitely use this company again for ready filled balloons - just so practical and hassle free. Thank you for a great service and wonderful balloons for a 30th birthday bash.”
