“I placed order on 13/01/20 and was informed on 30/01 that item wasnot available - 1 day before my daughters birthday. I was told id receive a picture of replacement order before dispatch but I didnot NOT satisfied with replacement order I requested refund but didnot receive one nor any other compensation.”
