“Somewhat limited in how we were able to celebrate our son turning 18 in these strange times - the rainbow 18 balloon was a great addition to our ‘party’. Much excitement by the birthday boy with the box but also huge thanks from Mum for it arriving on time!!! Brilliant. Would use again - excellent service and product.”

“I ordered some balloons for my son’s birthday and the whole process was easy from start to finish, contact from the company to let me know how my order was going was excellent and when they arrived they were perfect! I will definitely use again and highly recommended this company!”

“I ordered a number 4 balloon for my little boys birthday, as due to the current restrictions I was unable to find anywhere else that was open and offering inflated balloons. I did think it was a little bit pricey at £20+ just for one balloon, however the balloon is a good size and I cannot fault their customer service (I needed to change the delivery date and they were happy to accommodate). The balloon arrived on time and in perfect condition. Overall though, made my little boy happy, so was worth the extra cost. Would be happy to recommend them and would be happy to use them again”

“The website and ordering was straight forward. Unfortunately the balloon did not arrive on the birthday date which I specified. I think the orders should take into consideration that lockdown has affected delivery times and allow an extra day or two for first class.”

“I ordered some balloons for my mums 60th birthday. I wanted to help make her big day extra special whilst we were in lockdown. The website is so easy to navigate ordering was so simple, I received updates on my order and they were delivered exactly when they said. My mum sent me a picture when they have arrived they were amazing. They really did brighten up my mums day she loved them. Would definitely recommend”

“Had a bit of a problem with the web site and, in these current times, Bloonaway weren't answering their phone but an e.mail was responded to very quickly. They even phoned me to iron out the problem. I was very impressed and would have no hesitation in recommending this company. My friend was absolutely delighted with her bunch of balloons on her special birthday.”

“Very pleased with the balloons that arrive for my daughters 18th. Unfortunately they did not have the silver numbers I ordered but they kindly rang me up to explain this and offered me several other alternative colours. Given the country is in lockdown this was perfectly understandable and I was grateful they were still able to help with my request. Would highly recommend.”

“Should be more clear on purchase about postage dates ect as most people want it on a specific date. Mine arrived five days after the event which was no good Packaging was good Balloon had a line going through the writing obviously manufacture error but for the money I was expecting a more expensive balloon”

“Excellent, they didn’t have the date online for my balloons to be sent, so Tilly emailed me with a date which was suitable and close to the date intended, brilliant service. When my daughter received the balloons what a lovely surprise they arrived fully inflated and beautifully presented. Would recommend to everyone. Excellent, excellent service from start to finish.”
