“Amazing balloons, arrived when they said they would. 1 week on and the helium is still in tact! Would order again! Only con, wish it was a tad cheaper! All in all 9 out of 10!”

“Hi there, So today I was working away minding my own business when the dpd driver came in with a huge box and said "this is for you" I had no idea what was inside but could not wait to find out. As I opened the box 3 heart balloons popped out, put a smile straight on my face! Then when I looked inside I was absolutely amazed!! I have to say I have never seen anything like it before, it is absolutely stunning and I couldn't of wished for a better birthday present!! After speaking with my mum and dad (senders) I can honestly say we are all totally impressed with not only the service but the skill you have!! It's brilliant!! Thank you so so much, I love love love it!!!”

“Absolutely rubbish, chose a delivery date of the 27th of sep and it never arrived, it is 4pm on the 28th now and still no sign of it, definitely won't b using them again.”

Dear Heather, As I mentioned earlier today by email, the parcel was dispatched on the 26th September via Royal Mail 1st Class as you selected in the checkout. We offer this service for free. Royal Mail aim to deliver all post the next working day but it is not a guaranteed service. We also offer a courier option (DPD) for a minimal extra charge for those who want the delivery date to be guaranteed. I'm afraid that once we have dispatched the item the delivery is out of our control. About 99% of deliveries arrive on the requested day. I do hope the parcel arrives soon. Tilly

“Hi Tilly The balloon I ordered for a new baby was beautiful but unfortunately no card was present with it on delivery so my niece had no idea who it was from , I had to call her to ask if she had received it .”

Hi Beverley, our greatest apologies for this error and any awkward moments that followed....we know how much the note attached means to the recipient. It's a really rare occurrence...I do apologise. Glad they liked the balloon - it was a beautiful choice!
