“Fantastic. Delivered on time and weighted with a bag of jelly babies. Apparently the balloon just floated out of the bag. It went down very well.”

Hello Raymond, Thank you for taking the time to review and we are sorry to read that the main balloon was not fully inflated. I could not see an email from you where we could have tried to help rectify the situation. Unfortunately sometimes a balloon has a micro fault that is not visible whilst rest and testing in our studio before we ship. Warm wishes Tilly

Hello Tim, We are sorry to see you were unhappy with your order, we do not seem to have received an email from you re the partially deflated balloon giving us the opportunity to rectify the problem at the time. Unfortunately, sometimes a tiny fault is not detectable until the air has escaped for over 12 hours or more or the balloon gets damaged in transit. Kind regards Tilly
