“Very very expensive for 1 balloon £11.50 and on top of that £10 delivery charge. ???”

I can see that you chose a DPD Saturday delivery which is a premium service and costs £9.95 in comparison to our standard service with DPD of £4.95. “I contacted the company a few times to confirm a mistake in the address. No reply. Item was not delivered as a result. Would have been nice to have responded once to one of the emails. Shame as it seemed like a lovely idea.”
