“I did receive the wrong item initially however I still had to give them 5/5 as the way they fixed it was fantastic within a 5 minute phone call the correct item was on its way! Thanks again great company”

“Your balloon arrived on time . It was for my Granddaughters 2nd Birthday. She was over the moon with it and said it was lovely. The only thing was there were gums attached to the end of it . She doesnt get sweets and she might have choked if she had taken one. Otherwise I was really pleased .”

“Ordered a balloon for my daughter’s birth of her little girl.On the Sunday after ordering on the Saturday realised the name on the confirmation slip was Alan not Alana.Emailed them hurriedly to change the name and to confirm they had Recieved my email.When the balloon arrived it still had Alan on it with a pink train of hearts.No one had read my emails and the person who did the writing obviously did not think that Alan was an odd name with a pink streamer.Very upset as I cannot see my grandchild and this was a way of sending my love.”
