“We did not get what we ordered as it was out of stock. What we got was ok and nice packaged. But it is really expensive for what it comes”

“Tilly was really helpful when the design I wanted was out of stock due to supplier issues. She helped me to quickly choose another design and the recipient was delighted. Really helped to brighten up a birthday during lockdown. A few issues with the delivery provider, but Tilly went out of her way to help resolve the issue, would highly recommend and will be using again.”

“Amazing service and quick turn around. I planned balloons for my daughter’s birthday during lockdown. Despite not having the colours I’d ordered, they contacted me quickly and we adapted the order. Yes the balloons are quite expensive but considering the turnaround, the quick delivery and the customer service involved, I have no qualms. Thank you!”
