Hi Kathleen, I'm so sorry to hear that the balloons arrived in anything less than perfect condition. We truly care about the safe arrival of each and every balloon that leaves our warehouse and take every care that it should reach the recipient intact...We use the best quality balloons, inflate with precision equipment, have a 'resting' period of several hours to detect micro faults, and package in strong double wall boxes for safe transit. Unfortunately, sometimes a tiny fault is not detectable until the air has escaped for over 12 hours or more or the balloon gets damaged in transit. In such cases we will gladly replace your balloons or compensate you if we are contacted upon receipt of the damaged/faulty balloons. Kind regards, Tilly

“Great service from Bloonaway! Sitting at my desk in the United States I was able to pick and pre order balloons for my daughter's birthday three weeks in advance. They were delivered on time, well packaged and absolutely beautiful. My daughter was delighted, meanwhile I was able to track my order from beginning to the end. I will use their service again in a heartbeat!”
