“This balloons were fab! My son loved opening the box on the morning of his birthday 🎈 and they just floated out. My daughters birthday next week and I’ve got some coming for her too! Will 100% order from you again!”

“Fun choice of balloons with ability to pick delivery date. It brought a big smile to my nephew's face to open the box, have their balloon float out and find a small candy bag at the bottom of the ribbon. A very nice additional touch! Thank you.”

“I ordered a bunch of 5 balloons for my mum and dad's 30th anniversary. Previously I've used another balloon firm but they didn't have any 30th anniversary balloons so I found BloonAway. I paid for my order a couple of weeks in advance and selected my preferred delivery date. The balloons were dispatched and arrived on the day I required and look lovely. 6 days later and they are still floating. Will definitely use this company again.”

“Got an email 24 hours before delivery asking if a change of colour was ok, clearly this needed an answer promptly to get the balloon out on time so a call would have been better. Balloon not delivered on the day request. Emailed seeking confirmation it would arrive the next day or asking for a refund. No reply, balloon then turns up 4 days later than originally requested (and this was a birthday gift so pretty important it arrived on time). Still no reply to date to my customer service email. Balloons were good quality, which is why I have given 2 stars but customer service was poor.”

“I bought the balloon for my mother’s 90th birthday as she had never had a helium balloon before. She was delighted with it, it made her smile all day. It was well packaged and arrived in time.”

“Balloons arrived on the day chosen via DPD and received a text to advise of delivery slot. Lovely balloons already inflated with net ribbons and cute parcel base weight to match the colouring. Recipient was really pleased with the balloons. A week later and the balloons are still inflated. Very pleased with price and service. Thanks very much.”
