“Staff is incredibly knowledgeable in their products and off excellent customer service, including working through sizing questions and discussing features of new gear. I particularly appreciate it when B70 staff have been real with customers when saying that if you're not swimming faster than ~1:30/100 yards pace, you probably don't need a Helix. I took that advice to heart and I appreciated the honesty. I also really appreciate Lance being so active on the Facebook group to answer questions as well as when he promotes new gear that he's been working on.
I tried to setup my Instagram to a business to help track analytics but I don't think I was able to get it working correctly. I stopped doing that since I'm not too active on social media anyways.
Overall, I love representing B70 and being on the race team. I appreciate everything the Erin, Lance, AJ, and the team does. I wish there was more representation at the Orcas Island Swimrun since that's my favorite event of the year, but perhaps I should come to a different team event.”
“I love everything about my Blue 70 purchases from the wetsuits to the swimsuits, goggles.. etc..Everything is amazing. Also service has always been spectacular. Never had a problem if I had to return a size or anything. A wonderful company. I highly recommend!!!”
“As a triathlete, we are always looking at the latest and greatest for everything swim, bike, run. As a result , it’s become harder and harder to distinguish what’s a fad, what simply works, and what’s a must. When it comes to swimming apparel, Blue70 works. I’m on my second wetsuit, and have owned my fair share of goggles, along with many more accessories. With so many options out there, you should never look past Blue70. It’s never disappointed me!”
“Blueseventy stands out from the rest of the open water wetsuit companies because of their excellent customer service — and yes I have tried other brands. As much as I don't want to admit it, I look like a Blueseventy ad when I go out to swim. Much of this is because of being able to speak directly to a person about any concerns or issues. When something did not fit: an easy return. When a suit did tear: an easy repair at an excellent shop. When I had questions about size, temperature ratings, fit, and more they were all addressed in a kind and informative manner. Thanks to Lance and the rest of the gang for being so responsive and helpful.”
“Thanks for the opportunity here. Not sure what triggered the request for my input but I can speak to the request.
I haven’t received any purchased item yet this season and that’s no problem - no hurry.
I do like it when strangers ask about anything I might be wearing poolside - I let them know Blueseventy is a very genuine group of swimmers with tremendous social media platform which is supportive. The idea that I have access to Coaching along with product discounts is what also appealing to me.
The bi- monthly challenges are fun and allow for member continuity amongst ourselves.
Representing Blueseventy ( even on bike training outings) is very special to me.
I can say with an honest mind that the Blueseventy group is professional in its initiatives and very supportive to each members individual requests.
As always … Thank you Blueseventy for having
This 68 year old former Naval Aviator on your team; love the camaraderie !”
“I love BlueSeventy swim gear, but I almost love them for their customer service and care even more. I'm a huge fan of their wetsuits and swim skins for racing, and the Contour goggles are my one and onlys. But the team at B70 is top-notch, responsive, and helpful. As a coach, I am constantly referring athletes to B70, and they have never let me down- always friendly and quick to respond.”
“I love my Helix wetsuit, core short and adjustable thermal cap. I’d like to say I use the wetsuit to help keep me swimming longer into the open water swim season. However, the Helix wetsuit makes me faster and I like being fast.
The Core Short (now called the Lift Short) is also awesome for keeping those hips up and gliding through the water. Love Blue70 and will buy again.”
“Blue Seventy caps fit well. Cap stays in place, some allowance for hair but not too much so fit is maintained.
The new swim bag has everything I would want in a bag plus best colorful design of any bag I have ever used.
Wet area is essential. I swim with the masters midday, leaving clinic. Pockets accommodate items I like to carry. Netting on exterior pockets allows drying as well. The roomy size and backpack format is perfect.”
“Only recent experience was that I purchased a speed suit as part of the race team but had to return it. The person I dealt with had no record of the purchase and treated me as though I was lying. His response was super curt and dismissive”
“I have owned three wet suits and a hood. Lance has been super helpful. Is he the manager or owner? He really treated me well. Seems Lance believes in the old customer is always right business model. Hard to find these days… Thank you, Lance!”
“Love the new Blue Seventy Thermal suit, love the greater flexibility in the arms and shoulders compared to a few years ago. I use this suit at least 4x a week, very impressed with its warmth and durability.”
“I love my thermal blue seventy wetsuit. It keeps me warm in Alaska’s cold temperatures and is very comfortable too! I also love my goggles! They are the best goggles I have ever swam in.”
“Hi,
I have owned 3 Blue 70 wersuits, and assessories: booties, gloves and neoprene caps. I love them as the cut of the wetsuits fit my body type, and the great quality.
I also own a swim byou, but don't have much luck. I had to return the first one (still under warranty at that time), due to a air leak. The replacement worked great for sometime but start failing. I would expect such item to last a few seasons.
I have recommended your brand to many friends for the quality of the wetsuits but I would not recommend the swim buoy.”
“I love my blueseventy products! Super friendly and helpful customer service experience - Lance helped me repair a torn wetsuit and also worked with me on an exchange for a Nero Fit which was a little too big.
My b70 orange swim buoy is my ride or die for open water swimming. I like being able to stash my car key and a water bottle with some gels to feed inside the dry pocket. I have been racing at masters meets in my Nero TX2 and love it so far!”
“The best wetsuit for triathletes! It's supportive and flexible where i need it. Mine is a few years old and there is no sign of wear at all. I'm a big fan of Blue Seventy gear. I'm looking to get my next one, a short sleeved, spring suit in the near future.”
