“It was good to be able to order a couple of sizes and figure out what fits me best. It’s my first wetsuit so I really had no idea where to start from, and I wanted specifically to get a BlueSeventy which aren’t always available in stores.
What wasn’t great though: I returned an XL after just one swim, and washed it under some tap water etc. I was still charged $50 restocking fee because it wasn’t completely dry. Provided how quick everything went, and that is was just a single swim - I really think that $50 is a bit over the top. Even if it needed an additional wash and dry, I would accept a small fee but 50…? That kinda really goes against the premise of “order what you want and take it out for a test swim” and kinda sucks for someone buying their first suit.”
“I discovered Blue Seventy while living abroad. The swim suit I have has been by far my favorite. Recently back in the USA and seeking to shop with intention, I desire to purchase straight from vendors. I sought out Blue Seventy for a couple of items. I was so excited to receive my package. We were still at the Post Office when I opened it and discovered one paddle set was missing from my order. Very disappointing but I called and immediately spoke to Saul who apologized for the oversight. He sent out my paddles right away. I wished he would have stuck in a promotional swim cap or sticker or something for the inconvenience, but overall happy.”
