“Purchased some coloured contacts and paid for next day delivery. Arrived on time however they were the poorest quality lenses I have ever seen. Colour was nothing like the pictures on the website, virtually transparent and made no difference whatsoever to my eyes. I am a regular wearer of lenses for cosmetic purposes and these were also extremely uncomfortable and couldn’t have worn them even if they were the colour that I ordered (not transparent!). Customer services are useless, only replied to one of my emails then no response. No refund or any acknowledgement of supplying a poor quality product. Won’t be buying from them again.”

“Terrible experience wrong to send me the color, 4 packs of blue instead of turquoise, I send photos to document the error, they deny the evidence by saying that everything is right. They do not remedy the problem by saying that the only thing they can do is reimburse me for the closed packages (I had opened it to check the color and they would not have refunded it to me) and the return costs would have been at my expense. From such a site such incapacity and incorrectness to solve problems I would never have expected. To never again!”
