“Very disappointed with the experience received from Blueberries. I ordered a straw hat which is famous for its shape. The package that arrived was a plastic bag, it was squashed and the product inside was ruined. Contacting Blueberries I was asked to send the product back to them using the same packaging.”

Hi I'm so sorry your experience hasn't been a good one and apologise your hat was not sent out in a cardboard box as they usually are. These are difficult times with the covid 19 virus and our delivery of packaging was late hence you not receiving your order in a box. I believe we have received the hat back and have fully refunded you. I can only apologise as this isn't our usual service and can confirm we now have all our packaging sorted now. Many thanks the blueberries team.

“Perfect. I ordered and within 3 - 4 days might item arrived. Amazing since COVID 19 is sending the world into madness and it’s hard to track deliveries. The item itself, a Vivienne Westwood necklace is gorgeous. I will definitely shop with them again. Impressed and thoroughly chuffed”
