Hi Your order was received on August 12th and shipped the following day. The delivery company Royal Mail will have emailed you the tracking number so please check your junk folder for the email. I have tracked your parcel for you and it has arrived at the sorting office in Los Angeles so it should be with you very shortly. I will send you all the tracking information again, unfortunately due to covid 19 deliveries have been taking slightly longer and we apologise for this.
