“Order my coat by speaking to a girl by phoning she then asked the girl who had modelled the coat to tell us the size ,and the fit true to size large for the size or small fir the size . The coat arrived 2days later fits brilliantly and I love it Thank you Sally Reilly”

Hi Polina I'm afraid we don't offer free returns at the moment but it is something we are looking in to. We do make our returns as simple as possible and hopefully we will be able to make it even better using customer feed back. We do offer very competitive shipping rates and very quick delivery even on heavy items like you ordered, we also process and refund all returns very quickly . “I found a dress on your site for £30 cheaper than I had seen previously. I received an email from yourselves regarding delivery address, Michelle was lovely and I found it very personal- she even complimented the dress once we got the addresses sorted. “We ordered my ugg boots about 3pm and spoke to a lovely helpful fella, they were delivered to us at 10.30 am the following morning....fantastic service! I am very happy with my boots , they look great and keep my feet warm as toast. We would definatly recommend this website .... Thank you blueberries!!”
