Hi Jason First let me apologise for the problem with your return. I think the mix came from you using the address supplied on the cancellation form which was attached to your original order email in December last year. The cancellation form is supplied at the time of purchase as by law we have to give the customer the right to cancel the order at the time of making it and this has the company’s registered address on it. This is unfortunately not the returns address, as like many company’s the registered address is completely separate to the operational site. The returns address is supplied with all orders on a returns form [ as well as on the website return proceedure and policy] but as your return was being made a few months after receiving the item you wouldn't have has the form anymore. This has highlighted something that we need to improve for future customers making faulty returns and is now being implemented. As you know I contacted the offices the return was made to and they managed to locate the parcel and you were refunded straight away. Many thanks Sarah
