“I ordered from blueberries blackpool for the first time last Friday (27/11/2015) and during my order my auto fill put the wrong postcode in the delivery address, so within the hour I had been contacted via email and called by blueberries to remedy this, then the item came the next morning, absolutely faultless customer service I am looking forward to ordering again from blueberries ????”

Hi we are really sorry you were confused it is because UGG Australia size the products this way - the label in the products reads the european and us sizes and puts UK sizes in half sizes even though they are not - they are the uk full sizes as on the box - its confused us for years too! but rest assured we send out the correct sizes ordered :)

“I live in Kent and this Ted Baker men's wash bag was sold out everywhere near to where I live. I found it online at Blueberries, who had it in stock. I rang the store in Blackpool to check the wash bag was the one I'd been asked for. The member of staff who answered the phone was very helpful and gave me the confidence to proceed with ordering it online. The item arrived 2 days later, in perfect condition. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Blueberries again.”

“Excellent quality branded products. I have used this site many times and have never returned any of the items. The delivery is quick, they are nicely packaged. I like the loyalty scheme which gives money off future purchases. What a gem this store is in Blackpool! Highly recommended.”

“being local to the shop I use Blueberries regularly (too regularly for my wife's liking!) -the staff are great, the stock is great and changes regularly to refresh. I can always find an object of desire!. The website is easily navigable (although can be a little overwhelming - so much choice & so little disposable cash!) Blueberries are an oasis in the desert that is Blackpool's shopping scene.”
