“I've had great communication with the store. Because I'm from a foreign country, I was doubting if I should plafe an order. She helped me with picking the best size by measuring the clothes. Delivery was really quick.”

“I was tracking my package online and it was scheduled to be delivered TWO days ago, originally. I checked the tracking info last night and it said my package had been RETURNED to Blueberries. I did not get ANY info about this from Blueberries, and when I called DHL they informed me that Blueberries recalled the package because it apparently wasn't the item I ordered. I am very confused and fucking livid and this feels like a scam right now because I have not heard anything from Blueberries about the mixup.”

“From th first contact with Blueberries I was treated curtiously and helpfully. I had dreadful problems placing my order and was given (repeated!) help in solving my difficulties. The problem lay with my browser and after dealing with thus my order went through without a hitch. Not only that but although my order was eventually placed after 3pm it arrived the following day! Very helpfully my postage option was upgraded. All in all I am very impressed with the service I received. Not forgetting the Vivienne Westwood Bummble Bee piece is a delight.”

“I saw the Paul Smith pink wool blend coat in Fenwicks and decided to shop around online, not only were Blueberries cheaper but also the staff were so much more helpful! Everything was excellent. I called the store with a question regarding size and got instant answers. The lady even put the coat on hold awaiting my online order. Delivery was super quick (I placed my order late on Friday, it was despatched on Monday and arrived Tuesday). I can highly recommend Blueberries and look forward to shopping with them again.”

“Excellent service. Unfortunately I had to return the boots I had ordered as they were too small. I returned the boots to store and the refund was back on my card the next working day. I would happily deal with Blueberries again as there customer service is excellent.”
