“Apologies for my previous review. I got it mixed up with another delivery. The desk arrived in good form and on the day promised. My 16 year old son put it together with no issues. The Allen key supplied is rather small so he used a screwdriver with an Allen key bit which worked much better. Now assembled, the desk is very robust and a good design. I would recommend it to anyone.”

“Good range of design options on the website. Really good build quality, reassuringly heavy and looks like it's going to last. Simple to assemble with plenty of spare fixings. Prompt and friendly coms from their customer service team. Would definitely use again.”

“The holes are too shallow. I saw this on an Amazon review so was prepared for it but was disappointed that the issue still exists. I actually broke a screw attempting to force it into the hole. This piece cries out for some glue. Having stuck the parts together it is now considerably more study. I also added a brace half way down at the front and back. I think the baskets would work much better if they sat on top of the guide rails rather than in grooves. The baskets would need to be slightly wider or the unit slightly narrower. I sanded and waxed the grooves to make them slide better. I would have paid more for the above to be included.”

Hi Andrew, we're not quite sure what product your review is for as you purchased a Vanta Duo Hoop Desk from us, which doesn't have any baskets. “Great piece of furniture but very silly instructions for building it. You need to look at this because the drawings were a pile of rubbish and tried to cover too many options. The version of the desk which I built was not properly described in the drawings.”

Hi Raja, we're very sorry that you were not happy with the experience you had when ordering from Bluespot. Unfortunately, we had issues getting the legs for your desk in time to deliver your order. We are sorry that this was the case and for the inconvenience caused. Our system shows that your order was refunded as a later delivery wouldn't work for you, so this should be with you 7-10 working days from the date you were notified of the refund. Again, we apologise that we were not able to deliver the high level of service we strive for on this occasion.

“Super happy with quick delivery and quality product. The 1800mm desks are pushing the limits of rigidity but it's not an issue really. Will buy from Bluespot again.”

The 1800mm desks do tend to be less rigid than smaller desks, but evenly distributing the weight of what is on your desk should help. “Desk arrived on the date advised which is always a good sign of an efficienct company. It is extremely strong and sturdy so i imagine will be around for many many years. I would have no hestation in placing any further orders with Bluespot Furniture, thank you!”

“Ordered a desk. Quite expensive. Not very well packaged and didn't hold up well during the assembly process. Was like an IKEA desk. But now that it is in place it is okay and I've bought desk corner protectors to hide the damage from the poor packaging. Emailed the company about it, never heard back.”

“Pretty frustrated with my purchase from Bluespot Furnature. I ordered a KOMO Tall Cupboard and when I opened the package, part of the side wall was damaged. I was also supplied with fewer shelf clips than needed, although i was resupplied quickly. All in all, poor build quality and lax after sale service from a company i'd expected more from.”

“Ordered in blue it is a lighter more green blue colour but nice. Building from flat was not a great experience as there were far too many extra components which was just confusing. Also aligning the doors is tricky. But ok for a study!”

“We ordered a single (but large) desk online – great online shopping experience with a vareity of delivery dates. Delivered on time by polite people – desk itself is superb yet inexpensive and went together in about 10 minutes. Absolutely delighted.”

“POOR FINISH AND MALFUNCTIONING PRODUCTS WITH A DON'T CARE CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTITUDE. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WOULDN'T RECOMMEND PRODUCTS TO ANYONE ELSE. THE COMPANY AS A WHOLE CLEARLY REQUIRES INTERNALLY REVIEWED BEFORE FURTHER TRADING. THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE IS OF A GOOD SPEED.”
