Very good table. I wish there was the 100cm option but this one was good enough.

Best office chair we have ever bought and over the years and we have purchased several. No doubt it is because it is British made. Excellent value for money. Easy to see on website which items are made by Bluespot.

Great quality furniture.Very impressed with how long i had to wait for delivery.Very easy process from beginning to end.Only thing I can criticise is that the screws et c were just in the box so easy to lose.Would suggest putting them in small bag and attaching to the product

The quality of the fittings and the level of packaging were poor. The desk arrived damaged in four places, two feet and two chips on the panels of the desk. No fittings at all were originally sent. Following up with customer service I was given £25 off and posted the fixings. The desk the twisted and broke at fixings when turning to final position. Cams didn’t tighten. I contacted a carpenter to help repair the desk to give it some rigidity. Wouldn’t buy from this company again because the goods weren’t worth the money I paid for them and the hassle damage and missing parts has taken the shine of what should have been a straightforward transaction.

Hi Kinsley, we sent out the missing fixings for you via Royal Mail First Class post last week and re-sent them when you informed us they still hadn't arrived. We are aware that Royal Mail is still experiencing some delays due to Covid-19, so we are hoping that you should have the missing fixings soon.

Bluespot Furniture were quick with dispatch. 3 of 4 items arrived on the Friday, the 4th arrived on the following Monday - damaged in transit (metal cable rack bent out of shape at both ends! thanks TNT!) Bluespot Furniture, once informed of the damage were extremely helpful and pleasant and arranged to have a replacement shipped next day. (Thanks Amanda) I would recommend Bluespot Furniture.

Service was quick and helpful but unfortunately one corner of the back desk panel was damaged however as I didn’t think it would interfere with the strength of the item I decided not to return it.

Little short of disastrous. It was delivered to the wrong house (Bluespot mistake not courier) which meant a 100 yard trek in broiling heat to pick it up. It was heavy. The back panel supporting the legs was damaged unuseably so to keep it stable I have had to improvise with heavy support things of my own. The offer we had to compensate these problems was risible. Overall steer well clear.

I had to wait a long time for it to be delivered, and then when it arrived it was damaged, still waiting for it to be picked up, and receive a replacement. All in all, quite poor!

Our standard delivery times are currently between 7 and 10 working days, which is the delivery option you selected for your order. We're sorry that your order was delivered damaged, this isn't in line with the service that we aim to receive. While we ensure that all products leave our factory in the condition we want customers to receive them in, damages can happen during delivery. Disappointing experience with poor customer service. I received a damaged pedestal unit which also had a non-functioning top drawer. Took multiple e-mails and a phone call to eventually get a replacement, offered a small % refund if I kept the non-functioning & damaged unit with no viable solution provided. Only willing to do the bare legal minimum, slowly, with no compensation.
