“They were happy to send out colour samples and once I'd decided my order arrived promptly and was easy to assemble.”

“I ordered three desks, one of the desk tops arrived damaged, to be fair KOMO were quick to send a replacement but that was also damaged. Again quick to send a replacemnet, assumining it arrives tomorrow as promised and in one piece. Shame. On the whole, nice company and good people, but you've got to get it right first time. Bit village really.”

“Absolutely excellent quality desks - we bought two to start our new office - they look great - and definitely top quality. Service is also great - Don't bother with Staples or other places these guys are the best.”

“We ordered the desk for our son - in the hope that it would encourage him to do his homework! The desk is smart and trendy. The only downside was that the instructions were minimal. Overall, a good buy!”

“My order was delivered two days after ordering at my request, so excellent service. Although one part of the order was wrong in that the part was different to that ordered when I contacted them they arranged collection of the wrong part and delivery of the correct part the very next morning and not many companies would be as prompt and efficient as that in my view.”

“Plus sides: Good range of products to choose from Good service with sending out the samples Nice-looking furniture providing stylish storage solution Aspects which were less positive: Instructions could have been clearer; there were some points that led to confusion and the building process took longer than anticipated. One of the cupboard doors had been damaged in transit (damage is minor and is on the inside so we are not requesting a replacement). The fit of the back of the units to their frames was poor resulting in a gap at the bottom and the top. We had to add extra screws to improve the fit which we felt was disappointing given the price of the units).”
