“I was really looking forward to receiving my desk that I purchased and accepted the delay due to units not being stock at the time of ordering. When I did get the delivery date I waited in and when I rang at 4.59pm to see if it was indeed going that day I was told that the staff finish at 5pm and everyone had gone and could not confirm if my order would arrive that day. In fact 30 minutes later my order did arrive. When we went to put it together the holes underneath the desk did not match up with the unit where the computer is stored so we just hoped the weight of the top unit will be enough which it does seem to be. The instructions were not clear as each section had its own instructions without any whole document. I had hoped my ordering something via yourselves would be better than a bog standard Ikea order - it seems not! I will add looking at it now it does look lovely but the construction and lack of holes in the right place is not great.”

“Clear ordering system and confirmation, quick delivery as stated on website. Desk well protected and packaged. Perhaps the only improvement would be introducing a delivery system that enabled customers to identify a smaller window for delivery. 8-6 is a long time to wait for delivery.”

“After ordering the four reception area chairs from 3 different companies and the orders all being cancelled because we live on the Isle of Man, it was very refreshing to make an order and have it dealt with promptly and efficiently and with a very reasonable extra postage charge of £50. Between ordering and accepting delivery of the chairs it was only 3 days - brilliant! The chairs were pre-assembled of good quality and absolutely perfect for what we needed, well done!”

“The end result made me happy. However, it took me and my uncle 3 hours to put this piece of kit together!! It was not as easy as stated! Also, one bolt was the incorrect size - it was oval and the hole in the wood was round - really frustrating! Plus there were two screws missing which were crucial for holding the back of the desk together. We were really cross by this point - so I was not impressed. Saying that, the desk looks good quality and is exactly what I wanted.”

“The Create desk arrived really quickly in various pieces so I was able to lift each piece up the stairs to my home office. The instructions were ok-showed how to assemble the drawers and the legs but perhaps one piece showing how to put together the whole create desk would have been better-I had to go on the website and look up the video. That being said, I managed to put it together with a bit of help from my 8 year old daughter to lift it up. It does look really nice. I would use this company again. I think next time if I order more pieces for my office I would use the installation option. Yes, overall I would recommend.”

“The legs for the desk were delivered on Friday as expected (ordered Thursday before 1pm with "Next Day" delivery). Delivery driver said the actual desk itself was being delivered separately. Waited all day, no sign. The company offers Saturday delivery so was hoping they'd pick up that it wasn't delivered on time and expedite it. Still no sign on Saturday. Finally delivered on Monday, 5 minutes before I was leaving for my flat with some other furniture to move in. Also disappointed there was no tracking info at all, just a dispatch email although they were using trackable services.”

“Terrible experience with delivery. Item arrived but had to unload from van ourselves and missing item. Told would be on a separate delivery that day do waited in and didn't arrive with no update.”

“I was searching high and low for a stylish desk at a good price and this ticks all the boxes and some - I love it! It's fun to be able to pick colours too. The delivery was really fast, was very easy to assemble, and the customer service at KOMO was friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend the product and the company.”
