“Pressed and delivered easily, the only problem was that the included wasn't printed on therefore the recipient didn't initially know who it was from.”

“Ordered these for my aunt’s 80th birthday. Requested delivery for the Saturday, her actual birthday, but they arrived the day after. I didn’t see them but she said they were lovely”

“Arrived near to lunch time by our usual 'postie'. Expected it earlier through a courier as I had paid extra for the flowers to be delivered on that day. Not a real complaint though. Nice flowers.”

“The flowers were a good standard although one was half size .The card was pathetic and not all writing included. Having said that got a part refund albeit credit but a nice gesture ,wouldn't have used again but after that probably will”

“Flowers order 11th to be delivered 13th. They didnt arrive with royal mail 24hr courier until 14th. Apparently NI and Scotland takes an extra day. Flowers lovely arrived in box. I contact BM on 13th and they provided update and voucher for £10 off due to delay.”
