“We have been looking for some side tables for a long time now, finding some of them very expensive. Found these this morning at a very reasonable price of £50 for the two. Very good quality. Really happy with our purchase.”

“I went to my local branch of b & m this morning (Newcastle -under-Lyme ) looking for a chest of drawers ( millbrook). I wanted them for my daughters bedroom. Not finding any on the shelves, I asked an assistant if she could help. She couldn’t have been more helpful. Looking out the back on today’s delivery, advising me about other stores. Which I really appreciated. I wish I’d taken note of her name. Great service.”

“I bought some garden furniture from the new store in Blackwood Gwent but I was unable to lift it. Matt an assistant came to my rescue and was extremely polite and helpful and took my purchase to the checkout and then my car for me.”

“A gentleman called Adam Khan has an excellent customer service, he has been very helpful he went an extra mile to help me Top man in my book. “Hi I would just like to say how helpful 3 members of your staff from the Mold store in North Wales today 14th October 2020 . Firstly the manager Julie and her assistant think it was Martin, these pair went above and beyond and also went that extra mile to help me get the laminate flooring, so so helpful and polite, many thanks I will be back in the store for more. Also I'd just like to say what a lovely helpful and "great fun" till Assistant "Paula " so so funny and helpful. Basically you have a great store.”

“Went into the Salisbury store last week, the staff were very friendly and social distancing was effective too. Thought the store seemed very clean compared to others I’ve shopped in. Came away with a lot more than I went in for. Will shop here again.”

“I contacted B&M Customer Service because the pattern on one of three roller blinds I purchased was slightly skewed. I half expected to be told I was being too fussy for a cheap product but after sending photos I received vouchers to replace the blind. Very efficient and prompt customer care and the blinds now look fabulous and far more expensive than they were.”

“All the staff were so happy and helpful. They all went out of their way to help me.i bought a table and chairs set and as I went through the till two staff members helped me to my car and loaded it for me. Nothing was too much trouble. Well done to B&M in Pool Redruth. I was amazed at the service. From the staff on the shop floor who went to search the warehouse for what I wanted. To the guys who served me at the till. They even discounted one item as the box was damaged. Special thanks to Damo and Callam who helped to carry stuff and load it into my car. Brilliant Ervin I’ll be shopping here again.”

“I have been looking for a canvas wardrobe as my doorways are narrow , I came across this wardrobe in B&M, amazing . I have never put anything together but was happily surprised , the different size rods were labelled together and instructions perfect. It took me 40mins , I’m so happy 😀”

“Today was a great experience at B&M in Shawlands, Glasgow. I was welcomed by a smart, friendly young man who offered to keep my personal shopping trolley for me until I had completed my purchases. The girl at the till point was also smiling and friendly. The young man brought me my trolley. I went out feeling so happy with my shopping trip today. Thank you B&M Shawlands.”

“Hello customer support. I came to your minworth branch today and bought a kit circle slabs for my garden. U have a lovely gentleman working for u named Terence (Terry) Nothing is too much trouble he’s a credit to your company .very helpful and checked stock for us for what we was looking for .
