“They may have good prices but the lack of quality is ridiculous! Duvet covers and linen in general that we bought was the worst quality I have seen! ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD! THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST!! We had to sew the one end together it was so poorly sewed. The whole duvet cover was totally skew.”

“OUNTY MALL CRAWLEY WEST SUSSEX RH10 1FP unavailability of Sanitising materials for shopping trolleys when suing the trolleys instore the staff do not look happy Cia Jane and an ethnic lady who wears spectacles should manage the place as it is going down Shelves empty the staff seem to take their time to stack the shelves there was a member of staff with a scottish accent seems to have left but was very helpful The Management at this store needs to change ASAP This store was good when it first opened now it is going downhill something urgently needs to be done Some members of staff are not wearing face masks in Some stores one has to wear a face mask including staff”

“I visited the store on Preston docks today and was taken aback by the way the ckeckout supervisor 'Luke' spoke to the female checkout operator. It was quite aggressive and unpleasant. This was my first time shopping in any of your stores and it this is an example of your management I wont be going again.”

“On visiting b&m hoo brook store Kidderminster I was concerned as I counted 4 people not wearing face coverings they were noticed by staff but as far as I could tell nothing was said when shopping or going through check out.I know some people can't wear one but I wouldn't expect to find four people at the same time .I also noticed on there announcements they ask customers to keep 2 meters apart but do not mention masks which seems odd.”

“Houghton le spring shop is rubbish no workable cueing sistom people aloud to just walk to the front with out been challenged by staff, not worth complaining staff don't care worst customer service I have ever experienced.”

“On 19th May 2021 I went to Wolstanton Retail Park, Stoke on Trent to buy outdoor plants for my garden. I was shocked and saddened that rows and rows of lovely beautiful plants were in terrible condition due to no watering. Terrible waste, I didn't buy any. GET WATERING B&M”

“I went to the Hartlepool store at teesbay Yesterday 30th April at about 4:30. Both my wife and I are handicapped. My wife went down an isle in front of me I was 10 meters behind, there where two members of staff in the isle with a trolly partly blocking the isle, they were talking socially, I said excuse me but was ignored so to get past I nudged the trolly slightly. At the top of her voice she said you could have said excuse me, I said I did but you were chatting to each other. She kept on Shouting you could of said excuse me. I kept on walking not wanting an argument and I was extremely embarrassed as I am an elderly gentleman in his mid 70s.I joined up with my wife several isles later. After we had filled our basket the staff member 10 minutes later who had been shouting came up to my wife and I and said “put the basket down and get out she said they have a nil policy for abuse. It was her being very load and rude to me a customer. I asked to see the store Maneger she said I could not and get out she claimed she was a supervisor so I asked for her name (no name badge) she refused and kept on moving towards us not keeping to social distancing. She could have asked myself to leave the store even though I am at a loss why. She had absolutely no reason to kick my wife out as she was not present when I nudged the trolly. This has deeply traumatised my wife. This member of staff was completely out of order and does no credit towards this company whose both wife and I use a lot. I have emailed customer services and am awaiting a reply.”

“I went to collect an item straight from work got there 10 mins before the shop closed but a few of the shop assistants at Stechford were rude ushering me to hurry and made me feel uncomfortable, i ended up spending £72 because i had something reserved when i called previously and I was told they couldn't hold it another day. I probably wouldn't have spent so much if i knew that their customer service would be so poor.”

“Looking for liquorice flyers pencil sticks 75g with coloured sherbet filling, had them in dewsbury store been 3 time's still not restocked. Travelled to batley, Ossett and Wakefield none to be found. How can this be. Phoned customer services said nearest store with stock was Barnsley. Just not good enough. There so moorish and such good value. Please please please make sure your stores have plenty of stock”

“0 stars! I’m absolutely disgusted! This is the first time I have felt at risk since the Covid outbreak, if your going to get it you will defo will be sure to get it from B&M Rom Valley, Romford. No limit of people in the store, no social distancing whatsoever. Staff even encouraging people to stand next to each other by calling the next person Over before serving the current customer! Masks not even worn correctly. Either they are stupid or Maybe the B&M store is immune who knows! All I can say is Never ever again!”

“Made three trips to the B&M in burnage to buy a NOW stick and according to the website they good availability but when I got to to the store I told we don't have any on top of the staff member couldn't get away fast enough just in case I asked her another question. YOU PEOPLE NEED TO KEEP YOUR WEBSITE UPDATED REGULARLY SO YOUR CUSTOMERS DON'T HAVE TO UNNECESSARY TRIPS.”

“Visited the Reedswood store and although this is a large store with plenty of choice and quite a few tills open, the one thing we weren't impressed with was there were no paper towels to use with the sanitiser on entry to the store. Surely the management should ensure that someone replenishes these throughout the day in these challenging times.”

“I have had several bad moments at bnm store heybarnes especially with the lazy management I came into the store yesterday and the manager was on his phone I asked him for directions and was blanked by him this has happened on a numerous of occasions the staff are fantastic and can’t do enough for you,but I feel they are pressured a lot of the time”

“Awful store, overcrowded with little social distancing to the point that I walked out. Not missing much as the standard of much of the Chinese sourced goods is dire, Whats happened to quality over price? Could do far far better Not even worth one star”

“Absolutely disgusted, no distancing in place. Staff not wearing masks, no hand sanitiser, what the hell is going on. More staff on the shop floor than on the checkouts. Manager in Blaydon should be sacked !! He obviously has no control over his staff. Used to be a brilliant store but I definitely won't be going back”
