“ I contacted B&M Customer Service because the pattern on one of three roller blinds I purchased was slightly skewed. I half expected to be told I was being too fussy for a cheap product but after sending photos I received vouchers to replace the blind. Very efficient and prompt customer care and the blinds now look fabulous and far more expensive than they were. ”

“ Just returned from Ellesmere Port store brilliant customer service. l think the guys name was Steve sorry l did ask but forgotten ( had tattoos on both arms) so polite friendly and efficient,he lifted 5 bag of soil & 3 bag of gravel & a big pot on trolley then pushed to tills and waited Until I’d payed, then loaded it all into my car and took my trolly back. Thank you ”
