Hi, It's the Board Game Crate team here. I think the game you're talking about is Blank. (https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/231824/blank) It is a game in itself, and each time you play the winner of each game can create a custom card. The game should have come with 72 cards, of which 36 are fully illustrated cards to be played in the game, and the other 36 are there for the winners of each game, to make their own rules and expand the game to your very own unique set of cards.
