Wish I knew what answers I got wrong.

Excruciatingly slow. Some valuable information, but not enough emphasis on signage and loosely accurate information about medical conditions, "water shock" and hypothermia.

Everything was fast. All emails came through instantly. I even messed up and clicked the wrong group # to order, they answered my phone call right away and instantly refunded. 10/10 for service and efficiency.

Very intuitive course with a lot of knowledge. There were minor spelling mistakes throughout and some words were omitted between the video and the self read theory portions. Overall great course.

the course was geared to people with all learning disability. I really like the course. it is more time consuming for a person with a learning disability. the only thing is some of the question by transport canada is different then the quizzes and practice exam that you have on the course but that is not your fault

Overall the course was interesting and a good challenge as I am a new boater. There are six modules with a brief 10 question test after each one. You must pass each module with a 70% to proceed. Each page in each section is timed so if you are a quick reader you sometimes have to wait to move on. Most pages have videos, which I liked, and there is state specific information as well. The AZ sections unfortunately did not have videos, but they were a fairly short read. No boring monotone audio, which was nice. However, as long as the course was, it would have been nice to hear a different voice. There is also a 65 question final test at the end, which does include many state specific questions. My husband and I completed the course together but got different questions (I liked that). The course took about 5 hrs. to complete. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time. I wasn't able to locate that information prior to starting the course. I attempted to find a local course first, but there were none available. Local courses were about 8 hrs though! I was hoping that would not be the case. The price of the course is not given ahead of time. A single exam costed $29.95 (7/2/17). But I could have paid $26.95 and sent a discount code to my husband and I think he would have paid nothing or $26.95, to be honest it wasn't very clear. Either way, who doesn't like to save money?! I figured it would be around $30, as that seemed to be the going rate. However, had it been say $50 or more, I would have been stuck paying it or forced to find another course and then I would have been very upset after investing all that time. Overall, the course was worth the cost, but I would have liked to pay $26.95 for both my husband and myself (if that was possible) or that cost for each of us, but again that part wasn't very clear. We were able to print temporary cards, which we needed right away. The temporary cards were nicely designed and permanent cards get mailed to you afterward. Hope that helps! Michelle R.N.

It was easy to understand the concepts. One thing I would change is the timer on each lesson since people can read the text very quickly it sucked having to wait another minute when I read it in 15 seconds.
