“There are typos in the course that are slightly distracting. Overall the course was good. I will note that there were about 7-8 questions on the final exam that the course did not cover.”

“The time in which you must take at each of the lessons was way too long, I read the information on each lesson and typically had one minute to spare upon completion. Doesn't sound like a lot but after about 60 lessons this adds on an additional two hours of sitting around twiddling your fingers waiting for the timer to expire. Just Glad that its done and don't have to take the course again. The content was well put together though.”

“This was a thorough but enjoyable way to earn a PCOC. You can proceed at whatever rate you like, take a break and pick up where you left off. It took me 4 hrs and 11 minutes having a moderate knowledge when I started. I suspect a novice could cover everything in around 5 hours total. I would recommend this as a way to prepare for and earn a PCOC.”

“You should be allowed to move into the next module once the video has completed. Some of them are like a whole minute off. It just wastes my time. Also someone should go through and chek links. A number of them are bad.”

“Considering I have previous experience with boats and have taken several boating courses with the military I feel that I should have been allowed to attempt the test before I was forced to click very, very slowly through the modules. But if a person could challenge the test without the course then that person would have to achieve a higher mark. maybe 90%. Then if failed they would have to go through the course. Instead I had to waste 3 hours looking over material I already knew. The course was a giant waste of my time but I feel I should have been given the opportunity to take the test first if I so desired.”
