“My son started off the did the first chapter and everything seemed great. After a couple of days went by he wanted to continue the course as he had the day off but the website is down and not working. Emailed, Facebooked and called without any success or update as to whats going on and when it maybe back up...?”

“Terrible customer service. I've called several times during their business hours and emailed them and I have not been assisted with a major issue I had. The website did not allow me to take the final exam, wasting 6 hours of my life going through the modules. The modules force you to wait for a timer to end before moving on to the next slide, even when you finish reading the module 2 minutes before the timer ends.”

“1. I know why you set the timers for each module and lesson so that people can't just skip ahead but the time is way too long. It seems to be set for the slowest reader with the least amount of boating experience. 2. It would be good to be able to download the written material to have for review prior to the test and, in fact, for future.”

“The content was fine, but the format needs some improvements. I would lose focus each lesson as I would be done reading far before the timer was up. I don't want to sit and stare at a computer screen for double the time if I don't need to. Next, should really be available whenever you are ready to progress, or even in half the time.”

“I really enjoyed the course and completed it within a day. My two complaints are the practice quizzes don’t show you which questions were wrong. Also, one video had “audio jungle” embedded in the sound track which is really more funny then a complaint.”
