“Excellent course. Appropriate level of material, presented clearly. Many sections are accompanied with amusing video clips. Video clips are very clear and very useful in the navigation section. Quiz questions are harder than final exam. Once you complete the course, knowledge acquired and common sense will make final exam easy.”

“There is a lot of information and it can drag. However, it was an easy course and I found it enlightening. The test was simple as long as you could go back and look at your notes.”

“The course content was thorough. I would have like to not have a timer though as I am a fast reader and found it took me a lot of time waiting for the timer to allow me to go to the next page.”

“The BOATSmart training modules were great, the problem is the final test. The wording and phrasing was incongruous with each other. It makes for difficult memory recall. For some of the final test questions, I felt as if I had never heard about what was being asked.”

“I loved the BOATsmart course! It was easy to complete and I learned a few things! Thank you. I have a jealous friend who took the same course at the Coast Guard station, one day a week for 8 weeks! It cost her a whole lot more too. Thank you for having this service. I’ve told all my boating friends!”
