“It was easy to use and prepared you well for the exam. However, I did not like how long it took to get through the modules. The information was good but I believe that it could be less time consuming by focusing more on key points.”

“I had read the Boat Smart book before taking the test. It was an older version I received at the London, Ontario boat show a few years ago. I didn't realize there would be tutorials on each module and quizz tests online before taking the exam. A lot of reading and listening but well worth it. Very important information to know before going boating. My only comment is, it would be nice to know what questions I had wrong and what the correct answers were so that I could learn from my mistakes. Thank you.”

“Good news!!! had to do it, passed no problem, learned a bit on international waterways. Good knowledge for beginners, The Bad !! 7hrs in front of a computer, only learned new stuff on 2 chapters, It would be nice if there was a advanced class for the experienced boater”

“I found the course extremely aggregating!!! The time of each computer screen was aweful. Having to wait so long as I'm a fast reader. I really was ticked with how long it took. Over 5 hours long with exam. Why couldn't I have the Option to challenge the exam????”

“The material was presented well and easy to follow. I passed my test on the first time with a very high mark. My only complaint is the minimum module timer is too long. If you're reading the pages instead of watching the videos (the information presented is exactly the same) you end up having to wait 30+ seconds on each page after you're finished reading. That really adds up.”
