“It's good but then penalty for getting a 70 is awful. I got 3 wrong on the 2nd module and it wasted 2 hours of my time.”

“Very informative, easy to follow. Only a little inconsistent about what to do immediately following a collision - health of passengers or wearing PDFs. Maybe it’s the way it is worded? Otherwise a very good instructive manual and online testing! I feel much more confident on the water and hope my fellow boaters have taken this course too! Thank you!”

“very educational and informative. Easy to follow...it would really make you boat smart operator.🙂 Every person who likes outdoor water activity should read and learn. It is in your best advantage to have the skills and awareness. I am happy to have taken the course. Now i know to read signs and warnings while at sea.”

“Easy to follow, user friendly. Covered a lot of information that boaters should be familiar with. Although it's mandatory, it's not a bad thing. Everyone should know this stuff.”

“I was a little frustrated when I didn't pass the first attempt. I contacted the assist.number because I couldnt get on the line to try again They told me I would receive an email. I did the first test on Sun night and didn't receive the email until Wed pm but waited until this morning to do the test. I answered all the questions and had lots of time to spare. There were different questions although some the same. So I am not sure a second attempt was a great advantage re the time factor. I wlould like to have xeen those I didn't get.”

“It took me 16 hours to complete (I did redo one module), plus 1 hour for the test. The videos were good quality and easy to follow. Try to match the time of the sections with the time of the video, they were often shorter or longer. Consider playing videos at 1.25 speed. I would recommend retaking quiz without having to redo module. There was some content repeat that could be removed. Once the time is done I would of preferred the next video automatically play (or at least the previous not automatically reatart).”
