“The course is very comprehensive. The information is delivered in a great format with visual and audio and if a test taker doesn't want to listen to the audio and just read the text that is an option and a very good option to have. The graphics are excellent. There is plenty of time to cover the material and the module tests are good primers and feedback on how much you are absorbing. I learned quite a bit.”

“I was doing the course online and all of a sudden it said that another student redeemed my course and I can't log nack into it. What a painful waste of time and money.”

“Tons of really great info. Also really liked the tips. Could have done without the campfire add. It should just go back to the course dashboard for the easy print. I’m not a computer whizz so I couldn’t figure out what I was doing wrong. Thx for a great course!”

“There were about 5-6 questions on the final test that were not taught in the 7 Module course, however other than that, loved it”

“Really enjoyed the course. Your videos are great. You just need more of them. Also ... several times the timing of the screens is too long. It would be better if they were shorter. But, overall, it was great and I learned a lot.”

“Lessons were repeated multiple times in modules. Animated videos were not playing. Audio would finish and would still have 1 minute on the timer to go to next lesson. Sometimes wouldn’t have audio at all. Took over 4 hours to complete. The whole functionality of the modules and videos were scuffed. Would not recommend this to anyone and can’t believe this is a approved website for a required state certification.”

“Great content, enjoyed the videos, narrations, and illustrations. Loved the humour incorporated throughout. Appreciated the downloadable module summaries (though module 5 and module 7 were not downloadable as a PDF like the other modules - so I had to do a print screen). Really appreciated the other guides throughout the modules (e.g. knot tying guide). Great course overall, and I passed the final exam on the first try :) My only annoyance with the course was the countdown before I could move onto the next lesson. I'm a fast reader, and was often left waiting or wasting time before I could move on to the next lesson.”

“Please remove the timed part of all modules, as well resetting the entire module after failing quiz, and let me know which answers are wrong”
