“This course has taught me everything to know when it comes to boat safety. The course does take approx a day but wel worth it. I would recommend this course to anyone. I'm happy to now have my boat licence and to have the knowledge I need to be out on the water. Thanks Boatsmart.”

“I found the course to be fairly thorough, and I appreciated the test quizzes at the end of each section. For my style of learning, the visuals were quite helpful for my retention. I wasn't aware that boaters have a choice -- you know, like Boatsmart would benefit from referrals and testimonials. If you want to operate a boat, you kind of have to get certified through Boatsmart, don't you???”

“Awesome system, very easy to understand, Extremely fast to do (one day for me) and I passed first try. The ONLY complaint I have is that I should be given the option to do the exam without having to watch all the videos. Since I did all my studying on book, when I was ready for the test, I had to watch all the videos again. Which was annoying personally since I knew all my materials already and its kinda of time consuming, but I guess it wouldn't hurt to review again.”

“It's a very comprehensive and we'll executed program. Illustrations are projected in such a way it makes for easy memory recall, especially on the channel markers. It gave me the confidence in my boating saftey and overall boating operation procedures”

“The information provided in the course is very useful. I'm ready to take over from my husband as Captain. The course entailed boating material via videos and script. You could use one or the other or both. This was very user-friendly. The quizzes for each module were well thought-out and relevant. Printable lists available throughout the course was a great idea. The final exam covered the absolute necessary requirements for boating on a recreational basis to emergencies of all kinds. I would (and already have) recommended this course via Boatsmart. Thank you!”

“I was told that this would take three hours it took me nine hours, so not sure why the discrepancy. I think the course needs to be presented as a full day course.”

“Boat Smart is a very good online learning program to prepare you for your pleasure craft test. It makes you think and the learning aids are very relevant and designed to make you a safe knowledgeable boater.
