“Well I have been power boating since the late 1980's and have a lot of hours in the drivers seat. However the course was quite challenging and informative. The videos, and review test for each section made it easy to understand and follow. I learned a substantial amount form the course despite my existensive experience. I would recommend it to any and everyone who want to go boating. Sincerely Ross”

“I think that the process was dragged out. I had read the boater's manual beforehand and already learned it. Having to wait to click the next slide wasted my previous reading because I had to read this anyways. I understand you want people to understand all of the rules and regulations but maybe let them write the test first and if they fail it for the module, then have the timed lessons.”

“It was a good course, thanks. The only thing I didn't like was the page timers. A lot seemed to long. If this was adjustable, than it would be 5 stars.”

“The course is good...however, this is a cash grab by the government. 99% of boaters in small lakes in Canada only need to know to avoid the white bleach bottle as there is a rock there. My 10 year old son will be now taking MY boaters test and won't be able to drive the tinner on his own until I say so.”

“The course was informative and helped prepare me for the final exam. I averaged 92% on module quizzes and scored 94% on the final. Only knock against the program would be the mandatory time restrictions for each slide. Some slides became sort of repetitive or were quick reads, but you still needed to wait there on screen until the time was up. Other than that an all around good experience.”

“While I was able to turn off the annoying voice that "Read" to me. It was extremely irritating that I had to wait to click next once I read the text. I could read everything on the screen about 6 times in the time it took the stupid clock to tick down. I am smart girl and I can read quickly and learn fast...holding me to a set time per screen drove me nuts. I could have completed the course in about 3 hours if I had been able to read and click through at my own pace. Instead it consumed 7 hours of my time. The information was well laid out, clear and easy to understand, making it extremely easy to learn.”
