“Cool design. Love the colours. I live in Switzerland so the shipping fee was crazy expensive. I paid 24 pounds only for shipping. The product that I ordered was around 15 pounds. Found Bobby Rabbit on Instagram.”

Hi Bianca, I am sorry but unfortunately shipping with DHL in 1-3 days to Switzerland is expensive. We don't ship a high volume to this destination therefore are unable to benefit from lower costs. We use a reliable courier that offers quick and efficient delivery. Our shopping cart has a calculator to let you know the shipping cost before you reach checkout so you can see how much it will be. “I bought a small wooden xylophone for my granddaughter's first birthday. The item arrived very quickly. It was well-packaged using paper rather than plastic. The item looks lovely although I haven't actually opened it yet - the birthday girl will get it tomorrow!”

“I cannot rate this company enough-they went above and beyond to ensure my Grandson received his Christmas gift.Even though what I ordered was out of stock they sent me a replacement and then forwarded the expected gift when it was back in stock free of charge!
