“I was really looking forward to receiving the wallpaper samples for my sons nursery so I could make the decision on which I loved most as they’re all beautiful designs but unfortunately I was really disappointed when I opened them as they’re are tiny and of random cuts of the design. You can barely see the pattern on 2 of them because of the way they’ve been cut and in all honesty for me to spend £89 on a roll of wallpaper I need to be able to see more of the design so I can pick the right one for his room. Any chance bigger samples can be sent to me? Otherwise I don’t think I’ll buy it.”

Hi Samuel, I am really sorry that you are disappointed with your wallpaper samples. The quick answer to your question is that unfortunately we are unable to provide larger samples of our French designed and made wallpaper as we are bound by what our supplier has, and provides to us. The samples are cut to show total pattern and colour so are adequate for paint colour matching and to give you an idea of pattern and scale, however you are right that it is not the same as receiving a roll width cut to hang on the wall and visualise how it will look. I can assure you however that we have been working with this supplier for 7 years and have never had any complaints to this matter. We import these samples in batches from France and as you can imagine, post Brexit, this is very costly however we do keep the sample cost to our customers at an absolute minimum, with free delivery. With regards to your comment on price, this is our best-selling wallpaper and everyone who buys it is extremely happy with the quality and end result. In fact I don't think we have ever had a return request on it. Sorry we can't help further on the samples. “Cool design. Love the colours. I live in Switzerland so the shipping fee was crazy expensive. I paid 24 pounds only for shipping. The product that I ordered was around 15 pounds. Found Bobby Rabbit on Instagram.”

Hi Bianca, I am sorry but unfortunately shipping with DHL in 1-3 days to Switzerland is expensive. We don't ship a high volume to this destination therefore are unable to benefit from lower costs. We use a reliable courier that offers quick and efficient delivery. Our shopping cart has a calculator to let you know the shipping cost before you reach checkout so you can see how much it will be. “I bought a small wooden xylophone for my granddaughter's first birthday. The item arrived very quickly. It was well-packaged using paper rather than plastic. The item looks lovely although I haven't actually opened it yet - the birthday girl will get it tomorrow!”
