“The website was broken so I had to call to make the order. The experience was a bit shaky with that. Unfortunately I received no shipping info or invoice so I gad to call to check on the gift at 4:30pm as I was worried it'd been botched up. It did finally arrive safely. One thing that really annoyed me is that the website stated 'free shipping' which was great considering it was a very expensive gift. However, apparently that's not the case unless you preorder three days in advance (not easily seen on the offer). Instead I was informed that a hefty shipping cost would be required. Not impressed. Won't use this service again.”

“The website was easy to use, the delivery date was met and all was good on this end. However, the price tag was expensive for a bottle of Verve and some chocolates. There's a decent overhead cost added to the products. However, I like the 'premium' nature of the wraparound and service.”
