Paid for same day and requested her birthday (the day before, it was just after the same day cut off so I picked that hoping that would carrying on to the next day). The website is easy to use and well set-up and I like the fact that they only use high quality items. As I have sent a gift, I have no way of finding out if delivery was done as per requested unless I called up the person I am sending to and asked if they received the gift in perfect order.”

“I love the flat out bear for a baby gift, but the suitcase packaging was more flimsy than I expected- definitely ornamental and not to be used as a play toy as I'd assumed. Also "next day" shipping from Sydney to Perth took from Friday when I purchased online to the next Wednesday for it to actually be delivered. $16.95 for shipping at that rate is a bit steep. A cute looking but expensive gift package”
“Very happy with the overall experience with ordering online and the final product. The only slight improvement I would suggest is advising the sender of the estimated delivery time. It asks when you would like it delivered but there is no feedback about when it will be delivered.”
