“I'm really impressed. I was having some problems associated with a magnesium deficiency, but a magnesium supplement didn't help. This has. I have clearer thinking, am sleeping better, more energy, and a general feeling of more "myself". This is experienced only within a week or so of commencing the supplement at full dose according to the directions”
